We kicked off HLP 60 and National Poetry Month at the Center for Brooklyn History on April 20th!
Jiwon Choi, Miguel Coronado, Kimiko Hahn, D. Nurkse, and Rebecca Suzuki drew inspiration from CBH’s rich oral history archives, offering an original poem in response.
Thanks to Director of Programs Marica Ely and Outreach Librarian Kevina Tidwell for their collaboration and hard work in organizing such an inspiring event.
The Center for Brooklyn History is located at 128 Pierrepont Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201, and a wonderful resource for your professional, artistic and personal research.
