Gerald Fleming’s books with HL are The Bastard and the Bishop, One, and Night of Pure Breathing. Sixteen Rivers in San Francisco published his The Choreographer, Swimmer Climbing onto Shore, and The Collected Poetry and Prose of Lawrence Fixel, which he edited. Fleming also edited Barnabe Mountain Review, the epistolary magazine Forward to Velma, and One (More) Glass, a limited-edition magazine on glass. He and his wife live near San Francisco most of the year.
